Albert Sanders

Clarity for your business.

Albertus Point is my consulting practice in Dunwoody. I work with owners of small and mid-sized companies on the north side of Atlanta who need a straight answer about what to do next, and who would rather hear it in plain language than in a deck.

What owners bring to me

01.

Cash flow

Money arrives on a different schedule than it leaves. That gap is fixable, and it is rarely a profit problem.
02.

Pricing

Rates set two years ago against costs that have moved since. Most price lists I open are quietly out of date.
03.

Growth planning

Where the next dollar and the next hire should go, and how you will know in ninety days whether it worked.
04.

Structure

The setup that worked at eight people and stopped working at twenty. Handoffs, ownership, who decides what.
05.

Owner time

Every decision routes through you. Vacations happen with a laptop, and there is no slack to build the fix.
06.

Reporting

Numbers that disagree with each other. Until they agree, planning is guesswork with a spreadsheet attached.
07.

Second location

The arithmetic on expansion, done properly rather than assumed. Sometimes the answer is not yet.
08.

Succession

Selling, handing over, or stepping back. Worth starting about three years before you think you need to.
About

I’m Albert Sanders.
I help owners decide what to do next.

Eighteen years of this work, most of it inside I-285 and the north suburbs. Before consulting I ran operations for a distribution company, which is where I learned that a good plan and a plan people will actually follow are two different objects.

I take a small number of engagements at a time. That is deliberate. You get me rather than an associate, and I turn down the work I am not the right person for.

Office interior, soft focus

Eighteen years. Around sixty engagements. Every one of them in metro Atlanta.
